- Only full bodied vehicles with full fenders, top, and operating doors. No roadsters or altered
- All cars must meet the ET Rules as outlined in the NHRA 2009 Rules Book
- ABSOLUTELY NO DELAY BOXES, THROTTLE STOPS, OR TIMERS ALLOWED
- Any engine, power adder , transmission or suspension allowed
- No Tire Limit
- All run qualified fields, laddered top to bottom at 16 or below.
